Terms and Conditions

Key Terms: Information on how to enter and win the prize form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with the conditions to be valid.

Eligible Entrants: 

  1. Entry is open to all permanent South Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  2. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or retailers, are not eligible to enter XX competitions. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, brother, sister, stepbrother or step-sister.
  3. Entrants may only enter once per transaction. Multiple entries are not permitted on one transaction. 1 entry per 1 product purchase “The Promoter” is Saturno Hotels found at https://www.saturno.com.au/our-hotels/

How To Enter: 

To enter, each eligible entrant must during the promotional period:

  1. Purchase a pint or can of Little Creatures Beer On Premise
  2. Fill in an entry form via a QR code scan or a paper slip

Promotional Period: 

The period is between 9:00am ACST 01/11/2021 and 11:59pm  ACST 12/12/2021

Prize Details: 

  1. There is one major prize to be won. The prize consists of the following:
  • Return economy airfares from Adelaide to Perth for 2 people
  • 3 nights staying at the 5 Star Crown Towers Perth in a Luxurious Deluxe Room
  • Daily buffet breakfast at Epicurean Restaurant for two guests per room
  • Upgrade on arrival, early check in and late check out (subject to availability)
  • 3 hour Eat Drink Walk Perth Bar Tour
  • Guided tasting at Little Creatures brewery, pizza and pint of beer

Accommodation subject to availability.

Bookings over the prize value will be at cost to the winner, this includes any additional travel expenses that may be incurred.

Perth Crown Towers – Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability (should guests wish to confirm their upgrade prior to check in, this may be done as a value-add, contributing to the hotel credit) Daily buffet breakfast at Epicurean Restaurant for two guests per room $100 USD equivalent Resort or Hotel credit to be utilized during stay. Not combinable, no cash value if not redeemed in full. Applicable only to the options below: Guaranteed upgrade to next available room at the time of booking Valet Parking for 1 vehicle 1 in-house movie 2 Drinks at TWR (to the total value of $30) Access to the Aqua Retreat at Crown Spa for two people. Airline – Airline will at discretion of Travel Associates Norwood Place at time of booking. Direct flights only. Flying with Qantas, Virgin or Jetstar. Carry on, checked baggage, seat selection and all taxes and bookings fees are included in total prize. Business class upgrade available at cost to the prize winner. Name changes are not permitted after flights are ticketed.

  2. The Prizes will be organised with Travel Associates Norwood located in Norwood Place at 161 The Parade, Norwood SA, 5067. Discussions between Travel Associates Norwood and the competition winner only. The promoter will not be involved once the winner has been announced. Travel exclusions at the discretion of Travel Associates Norwood in relation to travel warnings. If travel warnings and/or government-imposed border restrictions impact the selected travel dates, prize is not redeemable for cash. A travel credit valid for 18 months of booking dates will be provided. Names changes are not permitted.
  3. Travel dates between 1 November 2021 –1 November 2022, excluding public holidays. Any alterations to travel dates at the discretion of Travel Associates Norwood.
  4. There is only 1 winner. The winner will be drawn at random on 13/12/2021 at 12.00pm ACST.
  5. To claim their prize, the winner must produce identification.
  6. Entrants must be willing to have their name and photograph published on Saturno website, Facebook & Instagram pages.
  7. The winner will be notified via phone call or any other means the Promoter deems necessary. Upon contact made and eligibility confirmed, the winner will be announced on Hotel of which they entered’ s Facebook page, Instagram and website.
  8. The winner will have 48 hours to respond to Saturno Admin from initial contact. If a winner fails to respond within this time frame, the winner forfeits their right to any prize and the Promoter will draw an alternative winner, via a redraw.
  9. Once mutual contact has been made with the winner, the winner will be directed to Travel Associates Norwood to organise their booking within the allocated travel dates. If the prize is not redeemed within the allocated travel dates, the winner forfeits their right to the prize.
  10. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants completely release Facebook and Instagram from any liability in connection with this Promotion.

Additional Prize Details

  1. There are 79 secondary prizes to be won. These prizes consist of the following:

  • 75 x $20 Saturno Hotel On Premise pub vouchers
  1. There is only one winner per prize. Individuals are only eligible for one prize regardless of number of entries.
  2. The Total prize value of the additional prizes is $1,900 ex. GST
  3. The winner will be drawn at random on 13/12/2021 at 12.00pm ACST.
  4. To claim their prize, the winner must produce identification.

Covid-19 Vaccination Required to Enter Western Australia 

  1. Based on health advice, approved travellers from low, medium, high and extreme risk jurisdictions will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter Western Australia.
  2. From 12.01am, Friday 5 November, 2021 travellers from medium, high and extreme risk jurisdictions will need to be fully vaccinated. From 12.01am, Monday 15 November, 2021, travellers from low risk jurisdictions will need to be fully vaccinated.
  3. People not eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine, such as those under the age of 12 or have recognised medical reasons for not receiving the vaccine, are exempt from this requirement.
  4. The recognised COVID-19 vaccines are those authorised by the Therapeutic Goods Administration and includes the Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Moderna vaccines.
  5. People entering WA and are subject to the new requirement will need to ensure they have their proof of vaccination ready as part of their G2G Pass application.

Further Details: 

  1. The Promoter will not be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected entries, or incomplete entrant’s contact details. Incomplete, illegible, incorrect or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
  2. This competition is to be run at the discretion of those managing Saturno Hotel’s On Premise marketing. This includes competition dates and winner draw times.
  3. All prizes/packages must be taken as offered. The prize/package or any unused portion of the prize/package, is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize/package is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The prize/package is valued in Australian dollars, is provided by the service providers and is correct at time of publishing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize/package value. Finalist/winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings/packages and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize/package.
  4. If for any reason, this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, pandemic, state of emergency or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
