The Mile End is excited to be taking part in Tasting Australia 2021!
Join us for Australiana Chef’s Table and let your taste buds run wild with the carefully crafted Australiana menu featuring local produce.
There will be 2 sessions to choose from, a dinner session and one lunch session.
During each session, guests will dine from a feed-me style menu created by our Head Chef featuring uniquely Australian ingredients.
Key ingredients featured on the Australiana Chef’s Table menu include saltbush, bunya nut and wattleseed. Expect plenty of local seafood and meat alongside indigenous fare.
Head Chef David White and his team are already passionate about using local produce, making The Mile End a key venue for the Tasting Australia Festival.
Tickets are $80 each and include wine & gin based beverages.
